For more than 30 years, MeJo Wiggin has dedicated her career to preserving and teaching the Classical Pilates Method. Personally trained by Romana Kryzanowska as both a Pilates teacher and Level 3 Teacher Trainer for Romana’s Pilates®, MeJo educates teachers and students around the world through workshops, mentorship, online classes, and private and semi private instruction.
