After years of study with Romana, MeJo was honored to take part and demonstrate in Romana’s first and only Pilates video series. Selected from thousands of teachers worldwide, MeJo was one of six chosen to be featured in “Romana’s Pilates:Mat Work" series, a series of four mat videos for home use. In addition, she demonstrated advanced apparatus exercises in “Romana on Pilates: The Legacy Edition”.

After years of demand, in 2006 MeJo hosted and produced her own Pilates Mat DVD, “20 Minutes, Twice a Week™”. This video takes students through a full Pilates workout in real time. This is the regimen MeJo does to stay in shape when she's travelling. It’s a wonderful way to stay in shape when you're on the road or do not have time to make it into a studio.
