After years of study with Romana, MeJo was honored to take part and demonstrate in Romana’s first and only Pilates video series. MeJo was one of six chosen to be featured in Romana on Pilates: The Legacy Edition. She demonstrated advanced apparatus exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Guillotine. This video is Romana's only DVD series ever produced. Limited copies are available and it is quickly becoming a collectors item.
